All security officers have completed the level I and II training course issued by the Texas Commission on Private Security. Our officers are required to attend a training class that includes, but is not limited to General Security Duties, Safety Documentation, Personal Communication, Customer Service, Emergency Situations and Report Writing.

All commissioned security officers are required to attend a thirty-hour training class. This training course includes, but is not limited to Fire Prevention and Control, Emergency Situations, Interacting with disturbed persons, Defensive tactics, Importance of a security Officer, Communications, and Human Public Relations.
